You can contact GHA in any of the following ways.
Following resident consultation, we have published a set of service standards which we will adhere to when you contact us.
If you are calling to make a repair request, then call our dedicated repairs line between 9am and 5pm on 0800 318522. This call will be free from a land-line.
If you have an emergency repair request outside of these hours, then call the emergency out of hours repairs line on 0800 318522. This call will be free from a land-line.

The Team are available to take your calls between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please use this number for all general enquiries, to speak to a Housing Officer, make a comment or complaint, or if you are not sure who you need to talk to.
You can contact your Housing Officer directly.
Our office is based in the centre of Gloucester opposite the town library and museum. There are a number of parking spaces for the registered disabled located on Brunswick Road, opposite our front door. There are also a limited number of visitor car parking spaces, including a registered disabled parking space, available at the rear of our offices (accessed via St Michaels Square) which you may be able to book in advance by contacting us.

When you visit our reception, you will wait no longer than 10 minutes if you do not have a pre-arranged appointment.
You can also request a home visit from your housing officer. Call the Customer Services Team on 01452 529255 (local rate 0845 6044 529) to arrange a suitable appointment.

If you intend visiting GHA’s offices and have restricted mobility or use a wheelchair, please contact our Customer Services’ team who will be happy to advise you on the most appropriate entrance to use or place to park, depending on which of our buildings or meeting rooms you will be visiting.
