Getting Involved

We want to continuously improve our services to you. We would like you to tell us what you think of our services and how they can be improved. In addition, we want you to tell us about what it is like living in your neighbourhood so that we can help to make it better.

We are very grateful to residents who get involved, as without them we couldn’t provide our services. Residents have told us that they benefit from developing new skills, meeting new people, and more than anything, helping other people in their neighbourhood.

You have a number of involvement options, which range from completing surveys, to representing your local area. Use the left hand menu to find out more, or complete the options form to let us know.

We regularly ask residents whether they would like to be involved, what they would like to be involved in and how. This helps us to make sure we don’t bother people unnecessarily. The details of residents who get involved are recorded on a database. This information may be used by staff or other involved residents, to target consultation at particular resident groups. We also use the information on this database to monitor who is getting involved, so that we can make sure that they are representative of the residents living in our homes.

To discuss how you can get involved, or to give feedback on the service that you receive, then please contact Martin Beacham, Resident Involvement Officer, on 01452 541821 or e-mail viewpoint@glosha.co.uk. Alternatively, you can click on the link to obtain a copy of our 'Have your say' leaflet.
