How to pay your rent

Listed below are the ways you can pay your rent. You have a unique agreement reference which should be quoted every time you contact us.

 By Allpay card at a Post Office or Paypoint outlet          
 
You can obtain an Allpay payment card from our offices and use this to make payments at any post office. You will not be charged for this service.

You can use the Allpay card to make payments at any shop, newsagent, convenience store or garage displaying the pay point sign. You will not be charged for this service.

By direct debit or standing order               return to top

 
You can obtain a direct debit mandate   direct debit form.pdf (0.060MB) Adobe Acrobat File or    direct debit form for Shared Owners.pdf (0.069MB) Adobe Acrobat File
 
Or by contacting our offices on 01452 529255  (local rate 0845 6044 529). You will not be charged for this service. The direct debit can be set up for you to pay your rent every week, every month on the 1st of each month or every month on the 15th of each month this option is only available for tenants only.

You can obtain a standing order mandate Standing Order Form  or by contacting our offices on 01452 529255 (local rate 0845 6044 529). You will not be charged for this service. The standing order can be set up to pay your rent weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
 
 
When completing a standing order form you must ensure you quote your tenant reference number. Once completed hand in the form to your bank or building society.

Allpay card
In addition to using your Allpay card at shops, garages and post offices as described above, you can also use your Allpay card details along with a debit card to make payments over on the internet. To make a payment using the internet click here or on the allpayments.net logo and follow the instructions on the web page that appears.  If you experience problems paying via the Allpay website please call the support line on 0844 5578318.

Online banking
You can pay via the Internet 24 hours a day and pay any amount you wish if you have an online bank account.  To make a payment you will require our bank details,  sort code 40-22-09 and account number 91470671.  Please quote your tenancy agreement reference on payment otherwise your money will go into our suspense account instead of in your rent account.

You can pay using your credit card or debit card. Please ring our offices on 01452 529255 (local rate 0845 6044 529). Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm.

Allpay’s automated telephone payment system enables residents to make bill payments from a landline or mobile telephone any time they like. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Residents need to call 0844 557 8321 from a landline or mobile telephone. To make a payment a valid payment card and an Allpay card is required.

You can send a cheque into our offices at Gloucestershire Housing Association, 2 St Michaels Court, Brunswick Road, Gloucester, GL1 1JB. Please put your name and address on the back of the cheque and a receipt will be sent to you. Please do not send money through the post.

Using a HSBC payment book               return to top

 
This is available from our office and will have your unique agreement reference number on it. This reference must be used every time you pay. Payments can be made free of charge at any HSBC bank. Please note that if you use another bank or building society you may be charged.

Remember: It is really important that you pay your rent on time. The money you pay in rent is used to provide the services you get.
