Recruitment

The Association is an equal opportunities employer and we encourage applicants from all sections of the community. Appointments are based on objective criteria, through a careful shortlisting process which takes into account the job description and person specification.

Our overall aim is to take every step to ensure we attract, recruit and retain the best staff and place people into suitably challenging positions to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to flourish.

Our staff are the key to ensuring that we deliver good quality, good value services. We place a high value on training and developing our people to deliver on our business needs. We are proud to have achieved Investors in People status and to have retained this accreditation for the 10th year running – one of only two organisations in the County at the time to have achieved this status.

We offer a range of attractive benefits which include membership of the Social Housing Pension Scheme, flexitime, Employee Assistance Package and an annual appraisal system

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications, whether or not they are shortlisted, or unsuccessful at interview.

All shortlisted candidates will be expected to complete a McQuaig profiling exercise before interview, usually carried out on line, which assists managers in making an informed decision on their choice of candidate.

Existing employees are encouraged to apply for such vacancies if they have the appropriate qualifications, experience and skills.

You will need a job application form.

To open the job application form Adobe reader is required.  If you do not have Adobe installed on your PC, click here to download the software.
